Welcome to Bicycle Repair Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our bicycle maintenance and repair services.
1. Service Scope
We provide various levels of bicycle servicing, including Basic, Standard, and Advance packages. Each plan covers specific inclusions as displayed at booking.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled at least one day in advance.
- Same-day service requests are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
3. Payment
- Payments are collected upon service completion via cash, UPI, or digital payments.
- All listed prices are fixed unless otherwise agreed upon due to extra repairs or part replacements.
4. Warranty & Liability
- A 2-day service warranty is applicable to work performed by our technicians.
- Warranty excludes wear-and-tear, accidents, misuse, or modifications post-service.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or theft after the service is completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure availability during pickup and drop-off, or assign a trusted person.
- Provide accurate information and report known issues when booking.
6. Privacy
Customer data is used only for communication and service delivery. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.
